Compliance Readiness Tool™ will allow organization’s to evaluate the effectiveness of their information technology environment and controls in relation to section 404 of SOX and the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO) internal control framework. The Compliance Readiness Tool™ tool provides correlations between the COSO framework and COBIT (Control Objectives for Information Technologies and Related Technology) IT control objectives in order to illustrate this relationship for management and their public accounting advisors.
Compliance Readiness Tool™is intended to be utilized by knowledgeable information security/technology professionals for the purpose of evaluating organizations information technology controls as they relate to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Public and SEC registrant organizations will directly benefit from the analysis and recommendations from the Compliance Readiness Tool™ final report because they will have conducted due diligence around understanding and identifying potential weaknesses within their overall SOX program and IT controls environment.
